Heat transfer efficiency is significantly increased by the use of AIR PREHEATER TUBES (APH TUBES). These are special types of tubes that have been specifically created for both Thermal Power Plants and Industrial Boilers to enhance the heat recovery efficiency of these facilities. The APH Tubes are responsible for transferring the heat from the flue gases, that would otherwise be wasted, to the incoming air, thus resulting in a reduction of the fuel required to operate the boiler and improving the boiler's efficiency. APH Tubes can be made from either carbon steel, alloy steel, or corten steel and have excellent corrosion and durability properties, along with dimensionally accurate tubing that meets the qualifications for continual service at high temperatures.

CS/AS/SS Heat Exchanger ERW/Seamless Tubes are utilized in Condensate, Boilers, Refineries, Petrochemical Processing, and Cooling Applications. Heat transfer engineers prefer that Heat Exchanger Tubes should be manufactured from either ERW or seamless tubing methods while providing reliable long term heat exchange performance. They are used in Industrial applications must have mechanical strength, strict dimensional tolerances, and be suitable for high pressure/high temperature applications.

Corten Steel Air Pre Heater Tubes are manufactured in accordance with ASTM SA 423. They are designed for high-temperature and high flue gas application with a higher degree of resistance against corrosion than other APH tubes. Their excellent performance and durability have resulted in their widespread use in thermal power plants, where they can be used to recover energy efficiently. The combination of alloys in the APH tube provides protection against atmospheric corrosion and gives these tubes longer service life and lower maintenance.
